Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellation of an Order
- In the event you need to cancel an order while it is in "Processing" status, please do so in your account order history.
- Once your order shows "completed" and has shipped you are not able to cancel, but please follow the return process below if you need to return it to us once you have received it.
Returning an Order + Refunds and Disputes
- We offer returns and are happy to receive your return so that we can refund you the item price.
- Please initiate and complete a return of your order in the form below your account so that we can issue a refund for your items purchased when we receive them back.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Once you initiate the return we will email you a return shipping label.
- If you are seeking a refund for any reason we provide a return postage label in response to a return request which you can print for your return package.
- Once we have received the package shipped with the return label we provide, have picked it up from PO Box 83, Middlesex, NC 27557, and inspected the item returned, we will promptly issue a refund within 3 business days.
